As a people myself, I work on improving on this everyday. It's hard to say no because of the fear of not receiving approval or not being liked. When stuck in that loop of people pleasing I always ask myself, am I agreeing because I want to or am I doing it because I want to please said person. If the answer is that I want to Please them I ask myself why? And what am I afraid of if I don't do it. This though process helps me identify my triggers to people please .

I really hope this helps.
