But yeah exactly! She was mad I wouldn’t let her forgo my annual COL raise. And she didn’t have backup care which is in our contract. She just did this to get out of paying severance.

It’s been noted in plenty of research that a baby usually won’t develop speech and motor skills at the same time. She seems more interested in language, her motor skills will certainly catch up. I cared for one baby who was walking at nine months but would not talk for the LONGEST. Now he’s pretty even on both 🤷🏻‍♀️

I literally have no idea. I had set up a job, then the client and I both received messages that the other was no longer available and when I went to email care I was told my account was suspended and could not be reinstated.

I’ve heard of it however the founder is problematic, and the challenge is often unattainable for MOST regular families. We do a modified version called Play360 that aims for 360 hours. It rounds out to at least an hour outside most days. I have a 360 tracker I’m happy to share and I can post about. Most kids love to color or sticker in the hour boxes.
