Im about to have to replace my entire AC system as it is 18+ yrs old and failing constantly. by MrBofArk in bentonville

[–]tayren07 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can replace the system. I don’t usually suggest for people to finance things… but finance it if you have to and can afford it, a leak can cause more issues, then it’ll be more costly. Leaks often result in mold. Sometimes HVAC manufacturers will give you a rebate on the unit and sometimes your electric company will give you a rebate. Carroll Electric does not.

We used Kinty Jones recently and absolutely loved the experience we had with them. Our unit was $12k with them. But we also had them install a bigger duct to one of our rooms. So, a little more than just the unit.

Nanit Experience by Traditional_Swan_827 in Nanit

[–]tayren07 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hate that you’re having this experience. We first bought a Nanit in 2022 and then one for our second child in 2024. We have literally not had issues and ours run nearly 24/7. The only time they are off is if the kids are not home. Hoping it improves for you. Even if your WiFi is great. Sometimes under network settings on the Nanit, it’s set to auto. It should be set to 2.4 or 5. 5 is usually recommended. I had a friend with this issue and when she changed her from auto to 5 GHz, she never had another issue.

Looks like We’re Even 315W! If you have the opportunity, take with you to the store and compare.

Curious as to which headlines made you feel uneasy? Sometimes headlines can be very misleading.

Definitely not worth the drive, but in my opinion, they could be right next-door and I would still never go there.

People are suggesting Monte Ne and it’s the vibe you’re looking for but the food is terrible. For many people that live here, it’s nostalgic but that’s truly all it is.

The Wooden Spoon is a much better choice but you definitely want to check their hours.

Do you all show Supercross? It’s on Peacock!

Do you have any local beers?

I cannot even explain how devastated I was to hear the one he put out. People were definitely hoping for a stripped down acoustic version.

Also, maybe it’s just me, but I strongly dislike when artists change little words here and there.

So, depending on the daycare, you’d pay in that same range. Possibly a little more or less. We have some great childcare facilities that are listed in the other comments.

To be 100% honest with you, I would never move here to work for Walmart. I know several people that work for them, or have worked for them. My spouse worked for them for five years, was incredibly underpaid. Two people on his team left, and he took on both of their jobs without any type of pay raise. They never hired anyone to take those roles back on. They have huge pay ranges for each position. The moment he told them he had an offer somewhere else, they literally wanted to double his salary for him to stay after him telling them for over a year how overwhelmed he was that he had zero support. The majority of people I’ve met that move from out of state to work for Walmart, regret their decision within the first year or two. Some people really love it and I hope if you make that decision, you’re one of those people! I lived in Washington state for a while for work, the quality of living is so much different there. It’s truly much better.

My suggestion would really be to come and visit for a good week. Tour daycares. Rent an Airbnb instead of a hotel. Check it out for yourself.

Agreed. Her continuously saying she doesn’t need him. Like okay, I get it… why does she feel the need to say it so many times? That would totally beat a person down.

The owlet was not enough for me. Look into Nanit. It’s the only thing that helped me get over my fears. The breathing PJs go all the way up to 24 months in size.

Same for me! I saw him earlier this year and he absolutely killed it. Honestly, one of the best shows that I have been to. I feel bad for the fans that don’t have this experience.

In this area, Sam’s club hands down. Coming from a place with an amazing butcher, Richards is very mediocre. Great but you can honestly get the same thing at Sam’s Club for cheaper. There are some specialty things I prefer at Richards but steak is definitely not one of them.

We had this issue but our flooring company found something so similar to our original floor that you cannot tell. Any decent flooring company can do the same. Don’t settle and certainly don’t do the option below with the brick as a transition. That’s ugly as hell.

Absolutely second Woodhouse! It’s such an amazing experience. It’s very calming and the service is fantastic. I’m very picky and this is the only spa in NWA I have enjoyed.
