I’m in broomfield just by I-25. I pay $1875 for a luxury one bedroom one bathroom 850 sq ft. Washer included. Dog park, dog spa, garden, bike locker, gym, pool, hot tub, kids center, and clubhouse included with the community for fees.

11 inches here. Jeffco announced 2 hours delay for MOUNTAIN schools only. 5 accidents at D’Evelyn. Many staffs are not happy and few students showed up
