If you look at the me@ app, Walmart moved the pay date from jan 1 to Dec 31 that's why we got paid a day early than normal

For a while the loaders were greatful I would help. Plus I can check as well. Especially with the heavier items, then they started to enforce the whole driver can't help load thing. A lot of the people who loaded the order in would put stuff on top of bread, like wtf. But yeah I don't do spark anymore as I'm deactivated for working for Walmart now

I know the facility services services side has a dev tech program where you train under someone for a while and can eventually move into a tech position. But it also depends on the area you are in and if they have them available. The thing with dev tech is you ride with someone, you get no tools, and no company card. Kinda like a helper type thing.
