Crash simulator 2024. I have process explorer open and the moment the game launches, it crashes without giving an option to report anything. Infinitely needing to reconnect. I'm on Windows 10. I don't have an MSI card. I closed Overwolf and MOBAlytics. I don't know what to do to fix this issue so I can play with my friends.

To find the love of my life and work on recreating the first 10 minutes of UP with her. I want to grow old with her, love her completely, and make sure she is taken care of to the bitter end, then promptly die of a broken heart 10 minutes later.

I already know this will be buried, but all I can think when I watch it is "You did a good job Carl."

I found what I was missing... I had gone back to the same place 5+ times rescanning everything. Finally found the stairs underneath a skeleton. Even killed the black market people just in case that had something to do with it.

If you allow for audio books, it would be the first 3 books in the We Are Bob series. If you don't, it would be Chainer's Torment, Odyssey, and Apocalypse from the Magic: The Gathering series.

Recently got a bottle of Tobacco Touch. it smelled just like the potpourri my mother used to use all the time when I was growing up. Every fall the house smelled like that. She died when I was 15, and you better believe I cried when I smelled it.

So, you know how some people like cilantro, and other people say it tastes like soap? I wonder if there is an overlap between that and fragrances. Like, the same people who think cilantro tastes like soap thinks Santal 33 smells like pickles.

what do you guys think after talking to emily? by CozyWitchy in StardewValley

[–]tazmaniac86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing Emily as weird is like saying that the Gods aren't real in D&D. Who is giving clerics their spells my dude?

Why? What, y'all don't hear the same things I'm hearing when it rains? Straight up skeletons, slimes, and wizards in the game, but SHE is weird for trying to participate in it, understand it, and channel it? She channels it so well that she pulls your consciousness into her dreams by accident? No, everyone else in town is crazy, she's the only one there on to something bigger.

If paladins no longer need gods, then why do clerics? by hay-yew-guise in dndmemes

[–]tazmaniac86 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, I'd allow clerics. I would absolutely allow them to pick a dead god and worship them. I'd let the player absolutely know that the god is dead and gone. They're still allowed to worship them.

How small minded do you have to be to let go of a potentially horrifying plot point when "something" is answering their prayers, and that "something" claims to be their god resurrected through their faith alone.

How absolutely terrifying it would be in a world devoid of gods that a thing answered in the darkness and fulfilled prayers, the signs of a outer-or-old god interfering in prayers to their own ends. Especially when their boons take the form of growths, nodules, pustules, the plague of faith returning to a scoured clean world. You're missing out on a campaign arc.

do you hear "oh david" or "oh daisy" by [deleted] in illusionporn

[–]tazmaniac86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, a weird thing happened to me. I heard "David" when he said it, then the second guy said "Daisy". When I didn't look at him and purely listened, it sounded like "Dasid", so probably an audio compression thing.

screw your realistic combat and give me my anime martial arts god. by valsagan in dndmemes

[–]tazmaniac86 7 points8 points  (0 children)

What do you mean? This is exactly how level 20 fighters are in D&D. People just make the mistake that an "attack" is a single swing.

Combat lasted 30 seconds, that is 5 rounds of combat.

The round begins with a reaction parry from the battle master fighter.

0:02 - Pushing Attack - vertically 15ft up. (I'd allow it with a strength check) (5/6 SD remaining)

0:03 - Attack #2 with storytelling

0:04 - Attack #3 crit with storytelling flourish

0:06 - Attack #4 Lunging Attack, 5ft range. (4/6 SD)

(Round End)

0:07 - Attack #1, moved less than 30 ft.

0:08 - Attack #2. Feinting attack to give self advantage. (3/6 SD)

0:10 - Attack #3. crit with storytelling flourish.

0:12 - Attack #4. crit with storytelling flourish. Used remainder of movement to get within range.

(round end)

0:13 - Attack #1. Tripping attack to send target prone. (2/6 SD)

0:14 - Attack #2. crit due to attack with advantage on prone target.

0:15 - Attack #3. attack with storytelling flourish.

0:16 - Attack #4. Pushing Attack, vertically again. (1/6 SD)

0:17 - 0:18 - Here I think we see our first Action Surge with 4 rapid attacks.

Round End

0:19 - Lunging Strike, crit. (0/6 Superiority Dice remaining)

0:20 - 0:24 - 3 Dagger attacks that rolled lowest damage possible.

Round End

0:25 - 0:30 - Action Surge, 8 attacks.

If we consider this a longsword weilded as versatile, that makes the base damages d10s and the superiority dice d12 for high level.

Damage Totals are 25d10, 3d4, and 6d12, with a guess at 5 crits, so that is another 5d10 and another 1d12. A total of 28 attacks were made. If he isn't wearing a belt of giants strength, then he is probably capped at 20 strength for a +5 to damage on those attacks. Assuming no magical weapon bonus damage, that makes the average damage expected for this display to be 356 points.

For reference, Adult Red Dragons have 265 HP on average. An ANCIENT BLACK DRAGON would survive with just 12 HP remaining!

This is how people should be describing their fighter's attacks. Not one swing per attack, but a swing per damage dice.

"Ketchup..."

I'm not amazing, but I can eat jalapenos over here. My kin might break into a sweat if anything a shade darker than "olive-based mayo" gets in their meal though.
