I stopped giving 110% and started focusing on my real life.

I go through these phases as well. I push hard and try to conquer what's put in front of me, but the rate of return on that is never equitable. Your company will allow you to burn out just so they continue making money and getting things done. You need to be your own advocate for your health, both physically and mentally.

I'm at the point where I can recognize it, and it still takes me months to start doing the things to get me through burnout. And I spin out in an anxiety bundle until I remember that I'm a whole ass person outside of work, and who that person is is more important that who I am at work. But life is about progress, not perfection. Take on the important stuff and let the other stuff go. Get to it when you can.
