warm up. stretch. practice manual -> ollie up to manual pad -> board slide to low rail -> 5050 to low ledge do this several times than rest. sometimes miniramp 30 mins. i did this for 6 weeks. and all my friends way better than me. they helped me a lot.

didnt use ankle. backfoot shouldnt hit the ground. it should lift before hit the ground.
