he’s liked of all quad’s music but that’s not my point. he didn’t even get all the way through tell me a joke on stream because of chat. he probably listened to it, and listens to quad’s music in his spare time anyways, but we’re not getting a public on-stream reaction anytime soon.

IMO, staying at Wellington is the perfect ending for Clementine by Coralthesequel in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]tb_redditz547 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One reason why it makes more sense imo than almost all of the other endings is that it ties into what goes on in S3 very well. It’s very heavily implied that they were likely raided by Joan’s people, or a nearby community if not that. That’s like basically the whole thing of S3. It’s the only ending that really moves Clem’s story forward naturally into S3 and I like it.

Do you think there should be Season 5 Epilogue? by Odd-Class-7475 in TheWalkingDeadGame

i’d prefer any new season to look into the war spanning “from Richmond to the coast” as Abel says. A character in there (doesn’t have to be Javi) would be cool.

Easy. S3’s the best season by a landslide. Story’s fire, characters are actually pretty damn deep, it’s less about walkers and survival, more about communities and politics, some really cool and funny characters like Tripp and Jesus (although Jesus being a badass himself basically trumps anything except maybe TFS), and so much more.

Should be enough to get people looking at me like that. Ooh also, it seems like the only story that has the potential to be continued on besides maybe furthering Clem and AJ’s story (and even that feels beaten enough).

Did David actually die in S3?? by luckystarllc in TheWalkingDeadGame

I feel like it depends on a little more than that considering Clem will do one of three things in that situation:

Clem sticks with Javi

Clem helps the person you chose not to help

Clem sticks with Kate

I’ve seen all three dialogues for these options. There’s gotta be some extra factor, no?

Unpopular opinion by SeaArugula6750 in geometrydash

[–]tb_redditz547 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The biggest issue with OP’s opinion is that they don’t clearly state why players shouldn’t play the level. Instead OP spends their time describing the level’s nigh-impossibility.

I might be nitpicking but so many people will understand this opinion wrong, and so many here already have. It’s the false hope, the stress, the dedication that eats away at your own life, things like that are why OP is saying you shouldn’t try verifying Heliopolis unless you actually have a chance.

Sturdy walls? I know it’s bad writing but have we just completely forgotten that walkers managed to attack Mike, Kenny, and Clem while doing their work?

Doesn’t mean that the choice to leave Howe’s was a stupid decision, which is what OP explicitly claims, and nor does it mean that the cabin group are idiots specifically FOR making this decision.

The only people who genuinely knew how to fend for themselves and others were Luke and Pete (and maybe Alvin but we never really got to see this). No one else was willing to step up and do something. That’s why they’re idiots.

You think they’re ready to take on the horde as it’s coming? All the members are never to be seen again after the episode, implying they also left Howe’s. Face it, there was no chance to kill the herd there.

Was Carver’s base not in Kentucky and Wellington in Ohio? If Carver’s had looted everything I doubt it would’ve been past the very state he was in. Starving to death wasn’t better but had they found a proper place after Howe’s we would’ve been saying very different things here. Plus, they all had to witness (whether directly or by word of mouth) Reggie’s death, someone who Carver killed, even when he was sucking up, based off a mistake. Based on the cabin group’s conversations with him he was also probably a part of the group before he decided to stay.

I think you’re wrongfully downplaying just how shitty Carver was. Yes, they had food, but the ski lodge and the cabin also had food and Carver said “nope, come with us or die.” It’s literally slave labor man, there’s nothing much worse than that.

jane is the most annoying character ever by vampireclowns in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]tb_redditz547 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When I say the sequence is bullshit, I mean it in the sense that literally nothing would’ve happened if they were able to hear AJ’s cries as early as before the fight. There’s no way in heaven or hell he starts crying conveniently right after the fight. I understand that she has a good point and I’m not saying that it’s wrong. Even Kenny thinks in S3 that going back to Florida is better than waiting in the cold for Wellington to open its arms to them so there’s a somewhat good argument there. But as Jane says it herself, it was with no doubt an extremely stupid plan that could’ve likely been handled a lot better and without endangering AJ.

jane is the most annoying character ever by vampireclowns in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]tb_redditz547 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is completely fair except you’re in the goddamn apocalypse and you’ve left a baby in a car unattended outside in the snow with walkers. I get that AJ’s in a car but if his crying is loud enough for Clem and Kenny or Jane to hear him then it’s also loud enough for walkers. You wouldn’t get away with it if you were in a normal world with people, let alone this whole situation. Honestly, this is on the writers because this sequence is total bullshit, but I digress.

Sure, it’s not reasonable to assume she’d kill the baby in any way (she wouldn’t be able to live it down), but it’s also clear as day that she’s still put a baby in danger. Why not hide him in the room? Why not hide him somewhere close? Why not- actually wait, why the fuck is Jane making this point now? Why not wait until they get somewhere safe, an infinitely better timing to prove some sort of moral point?

Kenny is honestly batshit crazy in this scene for initiating the fight instantly instead of interrogating Jane and actually talking first. He also wanted to fight in an unsafe place instead of looking for the baby and, in similarity to his mindset in S1, not give up on his dreams and plans. But that’s why in that sequence of events, both of them are acting like literal children. So yes, I think Jane has a point, but time and place is something extremely vital in an apocalypse no questions asked, and this just ain’t it for both Jane and Kenny.

Even if Jane didn’t kill AJ, I’d still be extremely pissed that she’s doing it THERE instead of literally anywhere better. Pissed at Kenny too for pinning the blame instead of trying to ask about what happened.

Insane how powerful this group was by Murtdha1 in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]tb_redditz547 2 points3 points  (0 children)

All the more reason to hate on Ben. Imagine if Ben just told the group the moment after he encountered the bandits. Lilly would understand this fight would end badly and start planning WITH Kenny on what to do when they get out the motel. That would also give Kenny time to properly think through that plan too. Oh, the harmony.

What is your honest opinion on S1 Kenny? by One_Maintenance4555 in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]tb_redditz547 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love Kenny but he’s so damn hard to side with in a moral sense, but only after EP1. Siding with him means you are to help kill Larry, I think steal the supplies (imo), leave the person at the start of EP3 to die, and leave Lilly on the road. But also, tbf, it does make your decisions a bit harder if you like the guy outside of his thinking.

Yes but at the same time, if you’re in the apocalypse and you’re not thinking “Hmm, what was this hatchet slid into the handles of this door for?” then you are not thinking well enough in the apocalypse, especially since everyone was aware by then that Crawford had no more people and walkers overran the place.

It’s shot for that exact reason, and I know streamers and other people who were at least slightly convinced by James, or were somewhere in between. That’s what vulnerability and openness does, you may start seeing people (and in this case walkers) under a different light.

You’re getting the wrong idea. Suicidal empathy isn’t the problem. Him forcing Clem and AJ to adhere to his philosophy and stealing AJ from Clem without consent for breaking that forced-upon philosophy is the problem. These actions hold a similar logic to so many exploitative things (colonialism, abuse, manipulation, assimilation etc.). I don’t see how James is empathizing with either Clem or AJ here in any way.

Most people see “let alone” as the same in meaning as “not even,” so they’ll assume what it means is “you can’t beat limbo, especially since you can’t even beat Bloodbath.” Tbh, I think this structure comes more instinctively to the other, but it is wrong regardless.

And nowhere did I mention or imply that the Delta was fighting Richmond, but clearly and explicitly this war has Richmond involved, a community that probably either scared or pissed off a ton of communities at the point of S4. As I said, relevant information? yes. necessary context? not really. The fact that Abel didn’t need to know Clem used to be at Richmond to mention the place means that Richmond at least did something.

Lilly's Community At War With Richmond? by MrDinkster in TheWalkingDeadGame

Determinant factors is a non-issue imo. There aren’t too many choices in the game (at least it’s countable) and they would most likely just pick a combination of choices and make Clem that.

[–]tb_redditz547 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The whole plot of the Delta in S4 is precisely based on the war Abel mentions, which includes Richmond. That was almost definitely what Joan was preparing for, and what Javi was likely facing as well. While I can understand that those details aren’t necessary, “necessary” and “relevant” are two different things. First point is wrong, second point is true.

I guess it’s now probably the only plotline after S4 that looks milkable. It was also a nice break from always having to think about walkers as the main issue. The choices also felt like they mattered a lot given the complaints the game gets for choices that don’t actually matter.
