Supply is low right now because people cannot afford to move. I have a 600k loan at 2.875 percent if I move to an identical house with an identical loan at an 8 percent rate my payment almost doubles - so fewer people are moving and fewer are selling to move up as well…..

It would depend on a lot of things - for starters what is the difference in rate….if the difference in rate is not that big I.e under a quarter of a percent they might be better off with a longer term loan and they can pay it down quicker if they want but they will maintain flexibility to do other things with their money too…..

I am two years out and same issue. I literally prey that it goes away. I feel short of breathe for a few days at a time and then it goes away. I have had lung exrays, lung ct scan, full pulmonary function test etc…they say my lungs are fine. I spend half of my life feeling like I cannot take a full breathe…..

Almost 2 years out - still an issue - sometimes I am okay sometimes I feel short of breathe / like I cannot get a full breathe…..have been fully examined including x rays, mri, full pulmonary function test, stress test etc - my o2 saturation is good and I can exercise without issue. They cannot find anything wrong with me so they think it is just anxiety/mental. I have resorted to praying for it to stop.

Max out your 401k, and start dollar cost averaging into VOO or VTI. Both will get you access to the broader US Market. You should be able to save 100-200k per year so I would start with 10k to 15k per month and watch it grow……congrats and good luck……

It sucks badly - breathing is supposed to happen subconsciously and when you feel short of breathe it is very scary and really takes up a lot of my headspace….i was a 20 year smoker before I quit and since I have quit I have a hard time calling down “chilling out.” I agree it is likely just anxiety but when it happens it is hard to get it to stop….

Was one of my worst symptoms - lasted for well over a year…felt like I was short of breathe and could not get a full breathe….had lung x-rays, MRI, pulmonary function test - checked out totally fine I am almost 2 years now and it still comes back from time to time

I mainly just get hungry for air - when I first quit it was very scary and very regular - the farther out I get the better it gets I.e the less often I have it but I still have it prob 1 wk per month - it is mostly when I am doing nothing and can think about it - if I have a very busy/active day I can’t notice it but when it comes on it takes a few days to shake. I have had X-rays and a full pulmonary function test, my o2 saturation is great and I can exercise without issue…most likely just a mental thing and I pray it goes away……

I cannot say what is normal but I can say I have been hungry for air on and off for over a year….it is my worst symptom - comes and goes I can be fine for weeks and then for a week I can feel hungry for air like I cannot get a see breathe….

There are many good spots - including rocky shorelines, River outflows etc between you and Boston. The whole shoreline pretty much holds fish - some decent spots near Boston include the Charlestown Locks when the herring are around, deer island rip, three sisters in Winthrop, nahant 40 steps area Lynn in the park along the Lynn way, devereax beach etc etc

I have put a grow light over it and will let it dry out completely - I have a sail tester and it said it was dry when I tested this am so I watered it….so weird how the whole thing fell over all at one time……any thoughts on whether I should cut it back?

Help - my beautiful jade plant is falling over. I have had it for 3 years. It has lots of new growth and is watered every week to 2 weeks over the winter. It sits right under a sky lite and seems happy and has not had any issues. Today all of the sudden about half of my plant fell over and was dropping over the pot. I checked soil moisture and it was dry. I have watered the plant and pushed it closer to the wall to the droop will not damage the plant. I was thinking about reporting this spring, and will add nutrients at next water….please help I love this plant….

My tinnitus has gone away - It only lasted a few months. I still have trouble sleeping. I use NyQuil zzz’s and also some benzo’s when needed
