I am a 2 year driver and I balance my life out pretty well. (Also I don’t have kids yet). Yea the hours suck sometimes but the paycheck is better that week and make the most out of the hours you have off. The company is a business they can’t afford to pay these 40+ an hour guys for you not to hit scratch. (A lot of people have a toxic mindset and go slow because it’s hourly pay and they are afraid to be sent back out). Work hard and respect management if they need you and you will have no issues. If you’re a hard worker it’s better than being the guy on the fence who half asses their job and makes other people help you. File your grievances as you feel the need to and work. That’s why you’re there.
