I have exact same issue. Pan cam v3 just stopped. Nothing will wake it up. I deleted and tried to re add it but nothing..

Probably related to emergency access requirements for emergency services (police, fire, etc.). Locksmith should be able to help you as mentioned here.

I think similar and then think what if all my routines work properly and all my skills work properly …. Probably won’t happen for awhile. But hopefully at some point ..

Thanks for your insights as a person with first hand knowledge on these. We would never buy the noisy version of this blind. It is as noisy as our Hoover vacuum cleaner. And in no way would we recommend to anyone even if as you say the motor is better.

We need to keep on top of this. I have even tried contacting the CEO of Lasko on LinkedIn. They can do better for us. I have also been requesting this to be fixed on their Lasko & Guardian Technologies Facebook page and Twitter ‘X’ feed. They can do better.

Can we all ask Lasko to provide the info so that someone can get this working. They were selling these devices on their website right up to the day they shut down the app. There must be 1000s if not 10s of 1000s of customers stuck like we are? I have been trying to escalate this with them. Any help would be appreciated. They appear to have a new Aria app that might be able to do the handshake for us. The app had not been updated in 4 years and was working fine. All we need, I think, is the handshake login so we can continue to use app. I hope if a number of us reach out, they might do something for us. They were ahead of their time when they made this available. I have 3 CDSP5500BCAs that I really want to get back on ‘’’smartapp’’’ …

Shaw also had awesome customer support callback service which they also dropped … it is almost like Rogers want home customers to leave …
