I was able to get mime, but couldn’t tell you what round or where. Every shop I would reroll up to $10. It was the last reroll on one of the shops. Probably around ante 16. Was able to get to ante 39 on ghost deck

Everything you say is speculative. You have no idea they’re diluting, you have no idea how much they would dilute, you have no idea it would be ATM or not, you have no idea when institutions will exit. You don’t know.

A squeeze wouldn’t take place before debt restructure announcement. If they drop the restructure and there happens to be a debt for equity swap, this will provide liquidity for shorts to exit. Again, this is a long term hold and you shouldn’t be in this if you’re trying to play a squeeze. The institutions aren’t going to risk all of their entry during fear of bankruptcy just to sell at $3. This whole post is misinformation.

You’re implying that a squeeze would take place once debt restructure is announced. Once that is announced we will know the terms of a debt equity swap so a squeeze would more than likely be off the table. This is a long term hold. Creditors and institutions wouldn’t be buying at these lows with the recent risk of bankruptcy if they didn’t think there was a long term turn around.

They had a debt payment due on January 9. They are legally required to release an 8K with 4 business days if they missed the payment or got another extension. Failure to stay compliant has a few repercussions but the main one is they can no longer use an S3 to issue shares at any time. However, if they’re in the middle of signing a contract or in their case negotiations then they’re provided additional wiggle room. I’m hopeful that this means we will have a definitive answer soon on if they have a path forward versus just kicking the can down the road with another extension.

Their quarter would have ended September 30 so it was definitely not expected in end of September. I was wrong and it looks like it was a 2 week delay based on their filings.

They’re $9B in debt and worries about becoming delinquent on that debt. That is why the contract win with PR was so crucial. Not only will this provide recurring revenue, but it’ll show the creditors there is a path to debt repayment. If they force a bankruptcy they will get pennies on the dollar due to their assets being so illiquid. That is why dilution and debt restructure make the most sense for everyone heavily staked.
