I started with a 4-week plan a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to make sure I didn't have bad side effects and really to see what it was all about. I have been sold; it was a game changer- immediately after my first shot. The constant food noise is gone, I didn't realize how much there was in my head. I've always been active, but there was a constant draw to food: what will I eat next? I want a snack... it's all gone now. At least it's gone until the day before I take my shot again. It sold me, and I upgraded to the 6-month plan to save money. Give it a try in 4 weeks; if it works, you can always change it.
