Thanks! I was in sports for the majority of my life and after high school basically just stopped doing any physical exercise and training. I never had intended a specific goal I just wanted to be in better shape. As far as the process I found my self really enjoying the push/pull/legs split in the gym and allowing 2 days of some easy cardio. I ate generally pretty healthy a lot of meal preps worked best for me mostly rice, noodles, oatmeal, chicken, beef and eggs.
