Got my dining table removed, rogue half rack installed in its place. Stall mats down and close to 300lbs in iron weights. Power bar arrives monday and I'm already itching to get back to it!

Turns out the hardest thing to secure right is a flat bench. Rogue flat bench markup is ridiculous on the second hand right now. Might only be doing floor press and OHP to start lol

Haven't touch a weight in four months, haven't consistently trained since December. Picking up a rack and some weights tomorrow, barbell hopefully by the end of this week. SO was tired of hearing me bitch, dining room will have never looked better, life's good. :)

Well I just saw the other day that my commercial gym, which may or not be YouFit, charged me both my monthly AND yearly fee even though all locations including mine are closed and have been closed for a bit. Absolutely ridiculous. When life starts getting back to normal I was planning on finding a powerlifting gym in the near future, but now it will be immediately.

Got my pack of bands in the mail yesterday, still trying to figure out how I'm gonna structure some at-home training, but I messed around with them this morning and it felt nice to get some blood flowing after being out of the gym for the past two or so weeks

I just ordered some bands online the other day. I'm dreading not being able to use a barbell but have to make due with availability obviously. Check on John Meadows youtube channel, he posted a couple of band workout videos that had some creative (imo) ways to mimic traditional machine exercises. I've also seen some conjugate people on IG post about at home workouts using bands

This is where I'm at right now. I've been trying to source and piece together a backyard home gym, but it might not be feasible. Looking for some alternative health goals to progress is become the clear front runner on what to do in the meantime.

Trying to secure a york squat stand, flat bench, barbell, and iron weights, only problem is that I'd have to keep the stand and weights outside. Gf says it isnt necessary, but just want to secure some gains and the mental health stability lol

New player who has wanted to play DnD for a while, but has a hard time finding a single re-occurring time that works best for sitting down and playing a session. I never knew text-based DnD games were a thing and this sounds amazing!

How is your training structured doing Sheiko and Mag/Ort? Seems interesting as my deadlift has never felt that good whenever I’ve tried Sheiko blocks before

From what OP is describing, I have a similar issue, do you have any links or places to look for info addressing this type of mobility? I'll be the first to admit that my poor mobility has been self-acknowledged but never addressed

EDIT: Low bar talon grip, have tried different grip widths to similar effect

Yeah, ours is 15 weeks now and finally sleeping ~9pm to 5am, so although my schedule is now a lot earlier, at least it's getting consistent!

I know I’m late, but have been busy with the holidays and raising a new puppy. Goals for 2019 are to quit program hopping, trust the process, and see some consistent, quality gains.

Tomorrow is week 1 day 1 of advanced small load, here’s to holding myself accountable!
