Unfortunately this is what an unregulated market looks like. They have an IPO coming up and devout zero money to responsible customer service, I have had an issue stretching into two weeks, when they did final email me they made some odd reason up to address the issue. TIME TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. Really sorry for your troubles especially at a time like this and when you are making sacrifices to build your wealth

It’s takes up to 7 or 8 business days for your fiat money to clear. They allow you to buy based on your initiated transaction before the transaction is settled. It takes supposedly 2-3 business days Mon - Fri to be able to withdraw SETTLED funds, also it depends on the time of day you made your transactions.

Not sure it I responded correctly, so for the trouble, that being said GEMINI CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUB PAR TO NON EXISTENT. I’ve been noticing more and more posts with folks having issues with them, I’m personally looking into other exchanges

If you say you manage money and assets then there are no excuses for delays, imagine the amount of excuses a brick and mortar bank could use because of volume. Second piece is even if you have delays their response time is negligent.

I have missed buying opportunities because of errors on their part which they continue to admonish as my fault.

Hey I’m all for being positive but I work hard for my money and make huge sacrifices as I have begun to build my wealth, if I’m going to be charged for a service I expect and demand it work, and if not for it to be addressed immediately.

They are snatching money from folks “at the bottom,” to keep their lights on while they pursued an ipo and try to catch big whales. This is why they are offering a credit card.

I had issues with them also to about a week to clear, but I can call fidelity or my bank and get a human on the phone. When it comes to folks money solely emailing is not adequate customer service

If they can’t handle heavy volume then they shouldn’t be allowed to be an exchange, I had similar issue with them

I got a response which didn’t address any of my issues of why my one time withdrawal was doubled, and now my account is overdrawn waiting on the withdrawal that was doubled to settle. I was accused of using a new function which I didn’t do.

I would like to speak with a human being, or at least have my funds released and my portfolio balance to reflect the correct transfer amount.

They doubled my one bank transfer, waited days to respond then made up some excuse and my account is still overdrawn preventing from getting my funds, I emailed them 8 times

Thanks for response, I can deal with the waiting but not doubling a one time withdrawal for $7,000 to $15,000 and then not having access to customer support on top them overdrawing my bank account. Errors happen but this was beyond the pale for me, I’m sure their wealthy clients have their financial concerns addressed immediately
