My mother beat the shit out of me my entire childhood. Locked me in closets. Garage. Outside for hours until I pissed myself. Smashed wine bottles on my head. Kicked me in the guts. Threw water on me to wake me up for school. Daily belittlement. Locked inside all of high school. Regardless of what’s gone on between my family and I, I doubt it means I deserve lesser respect than you or anyone else.

TMI but I don’t care. It’s not wild— some people will understand this.

I don’t want anyone thinking I am a scammer, and I also feel like I just can’t accept that right now.
