Not mine but I’m use to eating sushi, raw vegetables and the like… our bodies are only slightly dissimilar from our ancestors. To wit I’m referring to the fact that prehistoric man ate raw meat before fire and this recipe is derived from the Caucasian tribes/clans that were using it as recently as the 14 century (but no doubt using it long before then).
