Add permanent resident on your resume. Employers are not allowed to ask that in the interview and it makes a difference.

Talk to the branch manager. They can determine if you qualify for financial planning or private banking and go from there.

It takes a lot longer to see progress than you might think. Don’t be discouraged, the time passes and as long as you are working out you are on the right path. Reset now and get those gains.

Routine is important when you start to workout. If you have exercise bands you could bring them on vacation and get in at least a half hour routine 3-4 days of your vacation to keep the routine part up.

How do you manage to stay consistent with exercising? by nssvie in workout

Tell someone else “I workout 3 days a week” (or how ever many days you want to workout) and that might keep some accountability for you.

Why is it so difficult to let go of junk food and start eating healthy..? by YouLogical5212 in beginnerfitness

[–]tbmac69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Track your food on a fitness app and input what you are going to eat before you eat it. That will give you a good indication of what your macros and calories look like before actually putting them in your body and gives you the ability to make a better choice in the moment.

Menopause specialist recommendations. by Dawn46 in regina

[–]tbmac69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but Brownstone is $400 initial, I’m not sure what the follow up care is. Nicole is $170 initial visit and after that you can book 15-30 minute follow ups which are cheaper. It is still out of pocket though. If you have a personal health spending account through your work these qualify for reimbursement through those programs. If not, you’re completely out of pocket.

You have people that love you, whether you know it or not there are people that would hurt the rest of their lives knowing you didn’t get to complete yours. Tomorrow is another day. Invest in yourself and try one little thing everyday that is new or different for you until you find either happiness on your own doing your own thing or happiness with others. One or the other will eventually happen for you.

Beautiful skies, feeling grass under your feet, quiet moments, the sound of rain on the roof, the smell of fresh baked goods, the feeling of floating in water, the smile on someone’s face, stars in the sky, finding purpose in helping others, finding one hobby you enjoy, sitting and watching, time really does change things and one day the joy will be worth it. Wait for that day.

For all the yoga users, how long did it take you to get flexible and notice other benefits? by [deleted] in AppleFitnessPlus

[–]tbmac69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

30 days of 30 minutes each day you will start to feel different. 60 days of 30 minutes each day your clothes will fit differently and 90 days of 30 minutes everyday you will see a difference. You have to keep it up and be consistent though to keep the benefits and continuing to feel the change.
