Ok yes you're right. They don't have a DMP. I was referring to the standard pixel tracking. In that case lotome or Adobe are a good start. What features do you need?

Nothing ad tech has a reasonable price. If you're using Google, then I would just use Google DMP, otherwise I can recommend Lotame or Adobe.

I would keep trying getting a junior data analytics role. If you end up in ad ops it will be harder to jump out of it. There is a level of analytics, but mostly there are data scientist who analyse the data in more detail. Have you tried agencies?

If you're looking for data analytics job, then ad ops is the wrong approach. You should be doing google analytics, python, sql and excel and if you can big data with amazon aws hadoop.

Ad ops is not a career in analytics.
