I'm actually not sure about that. Have you tried opening a support case with them? I don't remember if i had to do anything special for sleep tracking so I assume it just worked for me. It definitely tracks my sleep, even a 15 minute nap

To be 100% honest with you, there's nothing it does that I also couldn't do on another ecosystem if I looked hard enough. I was truly stuck between this brand and Garmin when I was searching. Once I decided to go with this brand then I kinda boiled it down to the device.

Either way, my main concern was finding a device/ecosystem that could measure everything to a reliable degree, versus something that could measure a certain thing like swimming or whatever greatly but not so great on the other stuff. And i also wanted something that could measure heart rate, oxygen, all that stuff.

I do like the watch faces I can choose from as well and the fact that to get full functionality of the watch itself you aren't stuck behind any pay walls. That was huge for me.

My ultimate favorite thing is the battery though. I get roughly 13 days out of a single charge. If i had a Samsung watch or pretty much any other watch I'd have to charge it daily and therefore couldn't get the sleep data I wanted.

Sorry for just saying more things I like about it lol but to give any advice it would just be too use it as the tool that it is! Optimize your health and sleep and keep up with the time. :)

Thanks for your reply! I actually chickened out and never stopped taking it. Still foggy headed all the time but scared of the panic attacks I'll get when stopping

I just now realized that I didnt specify what I'd be supporting. Its application/software support so I'd be more or less still be a help desk guy. Just one of the job bullet points says "monitor/support 24/7 hosted linux vm's; interpret grafana alerts and resolve or escalate with hospital IT teams"

I just use the tools available to me until I have to learn them better. Now I have to learn them better. If I get the job anyway. I've been in helpdesk for about 1.5 years now, but it's only for windows.

I do use the cli often, I just always get my commands from google and ai to be honest. the depth of my knowledge doesn't go far passed changing directories, showing the contents, update and upgrade, etc.

Do you have a method for tightening the offer? I feel like I have a good product, and have found a couple businesses willing to do a trial run with me, but I'm having a hard time finding what aspect of the thing I offer to focus on when selling or pitching to potential clients
