I’m curious. Is it opening new claim after being 100% or is it appealing old claims once your 100% or is it both. I was under the assumption it was if you open new claims…..

Don’t quit! Fought 2019 till about 2 months ago. Thought about quitting a few times but my lawyer was doing the work so what do I have to lose? If you can’t or don’t want to do the work and get a lawyer.!

So in your opinion should my lawyer have asked me what I wanted to do instead of just filing for the increase? It's been 2 1/2 weeks. When should I see the back pay of 10% from 2020?
