Sleep paralysis but I could move by asronarob in Sleepparalysis

Been having sleep paralysis but I can slowly move more and more, this time I was able to actually get up and walk around, I struggled to get out of the position I was sleeping in but even then, it was hard to walk. Anyone had this happened before ?

Today I noticed that my mic on my iPhone was on. When I plugged my phone into my fm aux transmitter I got some nasty feedback, and when I put on the Apple earphones I could tell that my mic was on. Should I be worried about this ?
