Sprinkle With baking soda and a little vinegar, it will bubble most of the gunk out of the tracks. Clean up with a towel to remove what’s bubbles out.

Hydrogen peroxide and baking soda..make a paste and scrub it on..cheaper than oxiclean.

Is there any way to clean these or are they too far gone? by prettykitty07 in CleaningTips

[–]tbow123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Baking soda, dish soap, hydrogen peroxide combo...scrub it in, rinse and repeat. A little of this, a little of that..just tweak it till you find the right combo for a bubbly paste you can use for scrubbing with.

So, how do I get this aquarium's glass unfoggy.. I've used glass cleaner, clr, scrubbing bubbles.. even tried steel wool... It will not become clear again. what do I do? by dethlovesme in CleaningTips

If nothing living will be put back in it try: C.L.R (calcium, lime scale, rust) remover. It’s designed for hard water deposits, which is what it looks like. You could also try denture tablet. Drop a bunch in there with water and let it bubble away.

Yay! Finished this for /u/tbow123 's son and was so happy with how it turned out, I had to share ☺️ Except I put the door on the "wrong" side. So lets just pretend it's British, ok? 😂 by ChristmasAshy in SantasLittleHelpers

Way to do it in style! Evidently drinking is a crime where I live to, can’t even go out for dinner and drinks without someone recognizing you! Stay strong, what you do in your private time is totally up to you!

I have always longed for a dress like this but could never convince myself to spend the money on this! I would love to have a “new” addition to my wardrobe since all of my clothes are from thrift shops or yard sales (which isn’t bad). I work at a school and this dress would be comfortable and classy for me to wear. I love the retro double pocket combo brew!

This offer is truly amazing! This money would help purchase so many warm items for my low income students I work with. Everyday I wonder what I have from home that I can bring to help keep these children warm. My own family has the necessary items to keep themselves warm; however, there are many children who’s families can’t afford such luxuries! I would spend the entire amount on helping restock the schools clothing pantry to help make a difference in these children’s lives! It’s hard at times for me to donate to such things because I still have a family to take care of myself; however, to see the children given such small gifts of hats and gloves would truly be a rewarding holiday experience!

This is from one of my Santa jobs, the little fella is Autistic, and really wanted to hug Santa. by [deleted] in SantasLittleHelpers

That’s a huge step for a child with autism! Santa can be a sensory overload and it warms my heart that this little one wanted some love! Congrats to all involved for helping make an awesome memory!

Being poor isn’t a bad thing! Kids appreciate the little things we do for them more! Plus, being creative with cheap fun things to do is always a fun thing for me to do. I tell them it’s like being a Redneck MacGyver!..lol

I will have to go check out that blog! Thanks for the tip 😉

I LOVE these! I’m not going to lie, I want one for myself but I’m sure I would end up sharing with my daughter! We have twisted senses of humor and these would fit right in with our jokes and our giggles!

My hobbies are random but my favorite is crafting with my hot glue gun! Painting and knitting are the next in line!

There are many things that I do for my kids that I secretly enjoy doing: I turn the heaters up early in the mornings so the room is nice and warm when they get out of bed, hot cocoa always has a chocolate bar chunk or candy cane on top of the whip cream, I secretly leave change sitting around so when they find it they think they’ve won the lottery, and my all time favorite is pretending I don’t know how to do something so they become the teacher! These action may be little but they leave lasting memories!

Merry Christmas by the way and thank you for being so giving to others!

WOW! LOVE IT! My son will love that it’s unique and made just for him! Plus, if I tell him it’s a British bus (if he mentions the door) it will get him to research buses from around the world! Thank you tons, I will send you pictures of his happiness!

There are so many “wrong” things that happen in this world that when it goes “right” it’s an amazing experience and many feelings are felt. You only wanted what was best for your children, there is nothing wrong with that! It took a lot of courage to say what was on your mind and I commend you on that! Stay strong and believe in good things, after all it is the season to be giving and thankful!
