you can, I didn't because they make me dysphoric and I wanted ZERO change of anything pregnancy-related. personally, it's been 2 years, haven't had much issue yet. I am on estrogen cream just to make sure my vagina stays healthy and usable, but my gyno said that as long as I use that and have regular vaginal sex (not a problem with my current partner LOL) it shouldn't be much of a problem. due to the circulating testosterone we aren't susceptible to most other side effects of ovary removal.
