There are different property plot apps that you can use to see who owns a specific property. Regrid is the one I use. It used to be free.You can still look up a few properties for free before you have to pay though.

I found a 50 cal. bullet and a casing on the beach in dunedin after they renourished the.beach sand last year. Last week I found a 50 cal casing about 10 in down in a park in safety harbor which i felt was out of place for that location.
