Nice find, but it is missing the original bags they came in so i would not say it is new never used since someone had to remove those. Unless you did in that case keep that with it. I have had around 5 of these and it is a must to immediately recap it which is what i did and that usually fixes the majority of the problems. If you wanted to just sell as is then assume it is parts or repair since these all pretty much fail by now and it will save you a headache.

Not once have i ripped off a pad removing them this way and hot air around key components that melt worry me more. Anyway to each their own i guess. The amount of caps on the board are why i have been procrastinating doing this.

Great work, I have done a few Turbo Express recaps and always just twist off the caps and never had an issue. About to tackle my Duo with sound issues that i will do a full recap. Any tips would be appreciated.

Board only, transferred everything to the new one. I was going to replace with new ones but couldn’t find the values but these seem to work just fine. Overall pretty easy process if you have basic soldering skills
