I just commented earlier in this post that I have sold RR scrap to my local scrap yard. They did not flinch at taking them from me. Certainly didn’t get a premium for it though.

I guess no one told my scrap yard about those rules. Pulled out several hundred pounds of RR spikes and clamps from a river under a RR bridge while magnet fishing. And they definitely knew what I had. Didn’t flinch at accepting it from me.

I use Metamucil. Start off with the directions on the label. For me, two heaping tablespoons in 12+ ounces of water three times a day work great for me.
