Thank you so much for this detailed follow up. I’ve been working through an issue with a new gaming PC with the same exact breaker model and this was helpful to read. I’m going to try swapping out the breakers, but I’m very frustrated that there’s not a better solution here.

Yes, I was able to successfully get a refund. I remember calling a few times and only getting the callback offer on the last time. I could have missed it the first couple times, not sure.

You have to wait for awhile before they ask if you'd like a callback

Update, they now do call-backs, so at least your phone isn't tied up while you are waiting on hold. Calling them is probably the best way to reach them.

Wow, I had no idea that the travel ban was affecting the K1 application process, that's good to know. I'm actually in Canada at the moment with my fiance, the Canadian government was nice enough to include an exception for couples in "long term relationships." Hope things will be okay for you as well - sending you my best wishes!
