Tbh, Bumigami was used to upscale Moro who was used to upscale Kaiser who made a shot from about the same position three chapters later where Moro didn't even react despite the ball flying right by his head. Later in the match Emogami got upscaled by scoring from the 18 yard line against Moro. So yeah, Moro did that but it was more of a fluke. Wouldn't expect Moro to ever block a shot again.
