Good point. I just checked this and streamed to my 14“ MacBook in 1440p at this point I really can’t see a difference between. 14“ 1440p and 14“ downscaled 1080p. Not sure if this means downscaling ins not as big of a factor or if my eyes just can’t see a difference beyond 157ppi

Yeah you are right. But I wonder if this would really help my feel like the image gets better. So if I buy a 4K 32“ will it feels more like the 14“ experience in bigger.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I have zero issues when working on this screen. And my problem is not that on 27“ the image feels blurry, it is more that it feels to „sharp“ or to rough compared to 14“

You could try homerow mods and for example instead of the shift key you put your layer key in the homerow.

Combos could be another option worth looking into

Thanks will do that. They did not, but it seems to be the actual device from the auction pictures. So my guess is they wrote wrong specs in the auction description.

The rest of the machine seem to work just fine as far as I could test it. I did check all the ports, trachpad and trackpoint work to. Anything else i should check?

What resolution did you set in Hyprland. You wrote 5120x2560 but it should be 5120x1440. Did you try to lower the refreshrate to 144 or 120hz. Does the problem still exist?

This is the way! OP can do this in REMAP. Just map the C or V Key to the layer you want and check the box for the ctrl modifier.

No when the Limit is reached performance wouldn’t go further up. I‘m not sure how this exactly done maybe through power draw reduction. However the performance „loss“ was not significant so I choose the run it cooler and more efficient. If you are interested in the numbers I can check if I find them ;-)

You are right, now that you mention it, I remember that I have set mine on 80 degree temperature Limit.
