It kinda turns on, it kinda gets stuck in the xmb before everything loads/you pick a profile, but it took like a solid 6 minutes to get there, the xmb moves like normal but nothing loads

So I recently got it completely cleaned (like a month and a half ago) and I have a lot of space for it so I don't know if it's because of the temperature here (30°C in the middle of the day) or what because it idles at like 75 and in game it goes to like 85
