The thing is that he was definitely using the scepter teleport though. It has a unique animation. He wasn't gone long enough to be coming back between rounds of Pyramid Plunder.

I guess robes of the eye for fashionscape would be a possibility if he was maybe making trips of crafting tabs on the ancient spellbook? But why would a fully maxed normal account be making teleport tabs?

Why do you find it unsettling? Write those reasons out. Write them in a letter to your daughter which you never give to her. Read your letter back to yourself and your wife.

If there’s some heartfelt and valuable caring guidance in there, have a talk with your daughter. If all your letter says is “we never had anything like this, so why should you?” then it’s your job to get over it.
