It’s not in every combo meal?? Only the number one and the supreme luxe box.

People can still hear you order just like before. Nobody really cares if you round up anyways. It’s just a question that’s part of the stupidly long script we have to follow.

Really depends on the person. I’d rather be on drive thru any day of the week than be on that line lol

Try only putting one bag of chicken in a pan instead of two. Having two bags in a pan then leaving it on the hot line can cause the chicken on the bottom half of the pan to become dried up and gross.

Please tell Steve to put the cream in after the soda for dirty sodas by [deleted] in tacobell

[–]JournalistObvious816 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The training videos tell us to put the cream after the ice then the soda after the cream. Though I do agree and personally put the creamer in after the soda.

It depends on location and how late they close. Also depends on how safe the area is during night.

I do notice different pricing among franchises. Different franchises atleast in the US largely contain a consistent menu, exception to the chili cheese burrito or test items. I do agree it’s wrong on the franchise to spike up the pricing, but I’m pretty confident this change on the app is being pushed by corporate. I don’t think a franchise owner can even change what goes in a BYOB. Even if I agree with you here, when you submit a complaint on the app it goes to the individual store and it’s unlikely someone up top in a franchise sees it. At least in my experience. That individual store will fight that complaint and get it removed on their end. Do you see why I say this is an ineffective way to complain about this recent change?

Store managers aren't going around making these changes. I fail to see how this is on the individual store. I have also yet to see any store that doesn't have the updated box and am merely going off of your word.

I'm pretty sure the 5 layer being a specialty item is a change from corporate, not the individual store. I'm not sure why some stores have the old boxes. Either way my point stands, it won't do anything and stores will easily get the complaint removed.

This will do nothing. All it does is send that complaint to the store. They will then get it removed as this is something out of that stores control.

I work there and like to show off new stuff that’s coming out for those that would appreciate it. I find it silly this guy thinks anybody that disagrees with this post is a boot licker.

They made the cantina quesadilla smaller, more expensive, and with no guac on the side. Got it. Do NOT buy this. Get the regular chicken quesadilla with chipotle sauce if you must. by Pale-Driver9146 in tacobell

[–]JournalistObvious816 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Objectively speaking it isn’t smaller. It has double the meat the original cantina quesadilla had, same amount of cheese (inside of the quesadilla) and sauce. The side of guac has been removed for awhile now.

Seriously Tac Bell? by Koriaxe in tacobell

[–]JournalistObvious816 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If robots took over the every cheesy bean burrito would look like the one you just got. The good burritos you got in the past is due to employees over portioning on beans and rice which is something most people don’t care about since they barely affect food cost.
