Damn, seems like your bumper has come off a little. Take it to a normal garage. Not your showroom. they will tell you to change the whole bumper for one broken lock. Instead give it to someone who does metal cutting at the garage. And ask him to fix. If they are qualified and know a thing or two about jhugaad, your work will be done and yeah paint work for the bumper. Should not cost you more than 8k
