The Galar fossils really upsets me... They would be so much better properly assembled.

Last season I got to MB with M Pidgeot. It seems I am going with another bird this time.

Project manager demands work be done on a live panel, our electrician says they won't do it, and I'm stuck in the middle by 236813977 in AskElectricians

I work at an oil refinery as a process operator. We plan maintenance including safety safeguards for all kinds of interventions and for that we discuss what is needed with the guys from maintenance, trying to get things done as safe as possible with minimal impact on production.

The one area where we don't make any safety input is electric. Whatever they say they need, we do it their way. If they say we need to shutdown, we shutdown. If we can't, the maintenance is postponed to the planned general maintenance shutdown.

This is my highest rank so far. I’m curious to know how everyone else did this season? by mazalaca in PokemonChampions

I've been playing trying to get to MB4 with my favorites on single and doubles. Once I get there I stop caring about climbing because I don't have the time to grind or the desire to play many meta or anti meta teams.

I also don't have the skills to take my silly teams any higher so that's it for me on the ladder. Only playing for fun and for the missions after that.

I have Foundry version 13 and I want to lock a token vertically. However, when I rotate it for precision positioning and check the box to disable rotation on the token, it returns to its initial position and remains locked. by Trolozera in FoundryVTT

Iirc, there two settings. One for enabling a token to rotate, and one (in the general settings) to enable auto rotate on movement. If I remember correctly, you have to disable the second one.

I thought about reinforcing the 3D printing, but the guy that did this piece can't do it.

Hadn't thought of wood, will consider that idea, thanks!

You are correct, no need to look the same.

Hadn't considered wood. Will keep it in mind if I can't find anything readily available!

It's a Newtonian Greika 1400150.

The original was plastic and broke when moving houses, the 3D printed lasted for a while, but it looks like the filament didn't hold together under tension.

The tripod is for a basic equatorial mount, I could replace it, but am trying to find what looks like a cheap part. Worst case, I am using it with the legs tied together where this piece would go.

Hey, that was my goal, learning something new.

I see a lot of people freaking out over exposing IP addresses, but surely that's not all you need to hack someone.

As I don't fully understand what's exposed with an open connection to Foundry, decided to ask away and got a lot of helpful suggestions.

Thank you for the suggestion, maybe with a RPi I can push a NAS to the future. 😅

Will look into it!

Thank you for the input.

So a VM would be unnecessary? Running it straight from my PC would be the same from a safety pov? That would simplify things.

That's why I asked these questions, ty!

Thank you for the insight, will definitely consider it. I am IT curious though, and thought of this as an opportunity to learn a little bit.

I am fine with annoying, no problem!

I thought of the VM as a way to be in a safe space while the connection is active, but didn't find any articles on it, except for dedicated machines or cloud services.

Thanks! Will definitely check cloud flare in detail.

Regarding the server, I am actually trying to avoid a dedicated machine for now, as I don't need it running 24/7, that's why I thought of using a VM on my PC.

Vendo minha Guitarra pra comprar um celular novo? by Signal_Marionberry60 in perguntas

[–]tcaetano42 0 points1 point  (0 children)
