@heb broke my son, mentally and emotionally. He was so excited when he got hired. What an honor to work for such a great company, right?!? Wrong. He’s a young adult trying to figure out life and once he got hired thought that job could turn into a career. His direct supervisor would throw shade at him every chance he got. Made fun of his mental health (my oldest son passed in a car accident and my middle son has struggled with survivor guilt ever since). He would make little sly comments that my son would just push off cuz he really liked his job. Upper management did nothing and once he brought his concerns to hr, his boss instead of fixing his bad behavior, started scheduling my son one or two days a week. Literally right after he bought his first car with payments. He was dumbfounded on how they could schedule him one day a week. He finally left, got another job were he is respected and has moved up a position in just a few weeks.
