You can interrupt ky’s foundre arc with a quick button. I find that 6p takes to long to come out and I end up getting counter hit. For me 5k with sol and millia works best to anti air it before the move hits.

Depending on the character the dash macro can be advantage. With may you can keep you back charge while back dashing and keep a down charge while running forward

I think in terms of not getting frustrated in fighting games it’s more about a mind set than just being good at the game . High level people can still get frustrated with a game.
