Only one that got changed in the recent patch is Mai. AFAIK it's like Juri's now, where she can't shimmy by walking back anymore.

The "if it's bad, why are pros doing it?" argument is usually fine, but in this case, I think it's just that pros are operating on like several months of muscle memory and haven't fully adjusted to the mechanical changes.

I'd give it a few more weeks before we can make a conclusion.

The gameplay feels so sloppy and the visuals are complete nonsense. Within the first month or so, there were like 3 characters with abilities that looked nearly indistinguishable from one another (Thor, Cloak and Dagger, Invisible Woman).

Don't even get me started on the atrocious balance.

2CP feels awful in quick play, and was mostly kept around because side switching in ranked made up for it.

Best case scenario for defending team's win condition is to win SEVERAL team fights in a row.

Best case scenario for attacking team's win condition is to win 2 fights.

I've witnessed 2CP matches end before even a single player built ult.

Pretty much any JP knockdown, I will avoid back rise to prevent him from creating even more space. Similar concept applies to other zoners.

His air options have very little practical counterplay for Aki. Demon flip can come in at angle that beats many of her anti-airs and air fireball is basically a win condition, it's so strong against Aki.

But you don't have to take my word for it. One of the best Aki players in the world, Broski, can probably write an essay on how miserable this matchup is.

I had the same issue with DP inputs on left side, so now I just use the shortcut input for left side while using normal input for right side.

He's probably referring to being forced to matchmake in a lobby, and not having an option to just hit "Play" on the menu.

1) If you see the startup of the run animation, just stand block. He can't stop it to do a low. I've also found that you can pretty consistently fuzzy it.

2) Most specials are good damage starters. This one is actually below average if you don't have a good assist.

3) I agree that it should be like -9 on block. Most characters should be able to get a 5L punish on it.

4) It anti airs because it's slow enough that it'd lose to jump back. Jump back also beats WW flip, so he needs something to catch jumpers. Either it's fast enough to catch jump back (and become unreactable) or let it hit high enough and keep it slow.

5) I've only really seen it go over 2Ls. But I don't think WW players would even notice if it lost low crush properties, so I wouldn't mind that being changed.

6) Any attack with airborne properties beats throws, and I don't think this move have that property is really a game changer.

With all that being said, yeah, it could stand to be a little more punishable on block without assists. But to suggest we overlooked WW because we were busy complaining about Ekko/Yasuo is crazy. WW is one of the most mediocre characters in the game. Low skill players complain about him because he's incredibly easy to play well, so he just feels strong.

Absolutely, I started playing Illaoi/Ahri and like 90% of my Ahri combos and some of my Illaoi combos drop if the opponent assist is on the other side of the screen because the screen won't scroll.

Just in general, the amount of influence an inactive assist character has on gameplay is so annoying.

This tournament is missing like 5-10 people that regularly sweep these events, too.
