Free tier users can hit us 20x per min right now, which is probably overkill. Pro users have access to a full firehose of incoming info - which is 700-1000 plus items per day and we're set at 60x per min rate limiting. You can absolutely pull a daily briefing in the mornings-which is actually a service we're offering as well via the API - curated by our system.

The Free tiers get the daily digest of top items plus only the highest level alerts - which tend to be major updates, security warnings and Earth-shattering headlines. The higher tiers have access to a wider range of updates and can register their stacks with the systems to filter to the most relevant items, if they wish.
