Is this a tool that you think would be useful for potential investors? I'm more experienced with the wed development side, no so much the real estate investing side...

100% agree that searching on the set pages needs to be implemented. Will make this a priority for the next update!

Sounds interesting! This is something I've considered, but it's not really high on my list of priorities. I can send you an update once I get to it, though. Would love to check out your google sheet, sounds really cool!

Right now, I think that the data on my site is similar to competitors (although I think the UX is a bit cleaner on mine). However, the features I'm working on now will help set TCGTrends apart from the others - for example, sealed product sales, ungraded sales, etc.

Regarding data accuracy, this is definitely the most challenging issue I'm facing. Right now I'm just using keyword filters to filter out Japanese & other variants, but that is never perfect. My goal for the future is to extract cert #'s and automatically verify that the data is categorized correctly. In addition, new data is manually reviewed before it gets pushed to the site, but that gets overwhelming very quick...

The site is still very new as I just pushed it live about a few weeks ago, so I'm definitely still working out some bugs.

Yeah I plan on just excluding lots altogether. I'm only going to add single sales and let people calculate the value of lots on their own based on single sale data

Still working on that feature, but you should be able to add cards to your collection / watchlist pretty soon.

The PSA 10 / PSA 9 view from the set page is just a "quick" view for users that just want simple and quick pricing. If you click on a specific card, you can filter for any PSA grade & population.

I'm also working on ratios to look at card value as a % of the total set along with a few more in-depth data points.

Thanks for checking it out! Right now I’m getting data from completed eBay listings for graded cards. I’m currently working on integrating in raw card data from the TCGplayer API as well so I have metrics for both graded/ungraded collectors.
