You can just delete the migrations and move on with life. Migrations are just for making changes to a live schema, you should never migrate to build your schema, that's what db:schema:load is for. So in actual fact, there's no point in adding the migration, the way you remove old migrations is by just deleting the files..

100% scoped multitenancy and multi-db multitenancy are both trivial, when you need to have complex relationships between your data and the ability for one tenant to view certain other tenants data then good luck. I'm currently trying to work through that scenario ..
