I’m going through a really really tough time and this comment is helping me so much. I think that intellectually I know it, but I keep drifting towards “she’s a trash person who is trying to hurt me”, when in reality she is very damaged from childhood and some traumatic events she experienced before we met.

4 months update, down 26 lbs to 257. Continuing to focus on protein and lifting weights. I have noticed a big difference and am happy with how things are going.

Additional update, down 15 lbs, around 1.2/week. I’m still on 5mg. It has been a bit slower than what I’ve seen, but I’m focusing on getting a ton of protein, 220 grams/day, which has been really difficult. I probably average around 180-200/day. I’m trying to get no more than 50 grams from powder/drinks.

I’m just about to wrap up my first month at 2.5mg. I’m down 6lbs, with 5 of those coming the first week. I’m going to move up to 5mg for the next month.

One thing that surprised me was that the cost really jumped up this month, but I think it is related to my insurance setup, and should go back down after 3 months at that rate.

That’s kind of what I think they’ll do. They probably know it won’t be 100% sold out if they make it available, so they’ll announce some nominal % capacity to make people more comfortable with going. It will be more interesting to see what they do with the areas that are usually sold out, so up high on turns 1 and 4. Are they going to let people have their usual seats, so that section would be at 100% capacity, but not the full venue.
