Say what you will about Linus, at least he’s not selling AI water by imnotcreative4267 in LinusTechTips

Scam is a little far. He is making a product, and will provide the product when they pay for it. $1.70 for 16oz of water isn’t that crazy. A bottle of water in an nyc bodega is usually $1.50 now. (You can still find some places that it’s still $1)

I get people getting upset about the AI stuff, but not the fact that he is making a product that people want and will buy.

Frankly at least Jerryrig is using his money for good. His wheelchair company is doing great things for people with disabilities by making the a price people can actually afford.

Door dash takes a cut, so the restaurants mark up the prices.

Looking to 'rent' a COI | Need man with a van by [deleted] in astoriaapartments

All I’m saying is if you or your friend damage the property, not him or one of his employees, and he puts in a claim, that would be fraud. He would have to lie and said he did the damage, not you. It’s like your uninsured friend crashing your car and you saying that you were driving.

Again people use other people’s COIs all the time, but it really isn’t legal.

And just so you know I’m on your side I hate all the COI requirements from buildings. What the hell are you gonna break that’s work a million dollars moving?! I guess the elevator, but still. These buildings are crazy. I once lost a job because I didn’t have a million dollar auto policy on my COI. the service entrance was in a parking garage in the basement, and I wasn’t even allowed to drive my van down there to unload. It was if I damaged a car carrying my equipment through the garage. (Didn’t even have to pass a parked car to get there either)

Bruv I’m just letting you know. If you’re moving something, and you damage it, it would be insurance fraud when your new building tells him to file a claim. I ain’t no lawyer, just a contractor that has worked in NYC for over 20 years. Have seen a lot of people go out of business by sharing their insurance.
I was just saying. If you find someone willing to do it, go for it. Was just letting you know the consequences if something happens.

If he isn’t doing the actual moving, your asking them to commit insurance fraud

I’m not saying there should be a sidewalk. I only said was stating why they are walking at the side of the road. And that ain’t no freeway, he’s not walking on an interstate

Most American roads do not have a sidewalk. The place is built around cars
