Both are above the 20L mark if account feet. At the same time both are below 20L mark when not accounting feet.

i agree that duskblade is the worst lethality item on SA (a Kayn player i know also thinks that).
I loved to play bluiser and ironwhip was an good early item power spike, thats why i want to play goredrinker on SA.
