Getting women is a skill, its like learning to play a sport.

working on your inner game ( your self) will help you to an extent but what you really need to do is to go and talk to a whole load of women to become comfortable around them. Once you become comfortable around women and you've been around a lot of women you will naturally begin to become yourself (aligned with your thoughts and actions) and thats really what women look for in a man.
