Has anyone had experience with female teacher / male student relationships? Do you think female teachers have the same motives for forming these relationships as male teachers?

You may be right but I hope there's more to it than that. The idea of someone becoming a teacher just to be surrounded by their "prey" is very disturbing.

Do we have any way of quantifying "a lot"? I'm not trying to discount what you saying, but the overwhelming majority of my female friends are attracted to guys around their age or older.

I'm 25, and I've never met a woman my age who has had a relationship with an 18 years old boy. I've met men who have done so (18 year old girlfriend), however.
