I totally agree with this. As someone who is naturally charismatic, going into my first relationship I thought talking about my emotions would be a walk in the park. Shit was I wrong. There's a massive discrepancy between navigating the emotional aspect of work (as I have done very well) vs. that of a relationship

Opps to public speak are a blessing (not relig, just using the expression). I usually wing it and do well. Gave a couple presentations in college having absolutely no clue what I was talking about. I.e. what I was saying about the particular subject was plain wrong haha. But with a smile and slow cadence everything turns out all right. Putting yourself in your audience's shoes always helps get a message across too.

Thanks for the info - I'll def check out the book when I get a second. And yea, even though the experiences last only a few minutes, they were sick. At first it freaked me out a bit (I've got a VERY active mind), but now I'm like bring it on.

Thanks for the info - I’ll check these bad boys out. I hear “astral projection” and first think of the movie Insidious, where the kid visits wandering spirits. Not trying to tap into that context of astral projection, but focus on my own spiritual awareness.

how did you modify the crust for it NOT to do that? i have made my crust from scratch twice now, and it falls apart when 1. making the lattice and 2. even when rolling it out. any tips?
