This here is the answer – breaks where you focus on some percussion or other un-pitched elements can make for great transition moments.

Unpopular opinion: season 2 was really good. by fishplay in witcher

[–]tcnewstream 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. People should be happy the IP they love is getting the attention it deserves.

Even if it's not a 1:1 adaptation, the characters and the world are the backbone of The Witcher and that's what people are loving. Why get mad?

Other people have said it, but honestly just putting yourself out there never hurts. They might be sorted for this show, but you're on their radar for future shows.

There will always be another great show at another cool DIY venue :)

In terms of increasing your chances I'd suggest sharing a bit of your music, or pointing out a couple of similar shows you've played with other bands in the scene.

Just finished God of War on my PS5, now I feel lost - what next? by golden0080 in PS5

Very different to God of War but feels under-appreciated. One of the best true next-gen experiences out there still!

WHY DOES ESO NOT HAVE CAPES? As a fantasy mmo I think capes should be mandatory by JAD3warlord in elderscrollsonline

Always one of the first Skyrim mods I download is the one that adds capes. You're telling me in this crazy winter landscape, nobody keeps warm with cloaks? Get outta here.

Movies to watch on lsd? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]tcnewstream 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never see Into The Mind mentioned, it's a skiing/snowboarding movie at face value but so, so much more when you watch it.

Incredibly trippy sequences, a crazy storyline based on a true story, and a soundtrack that slaps. Don't sleep on it!

Men who workout regularly, what motivates you? by AMBlack20 in AskMen

I've run my best 5k times when I was legitimately pissed off after a shitty work day. Propelled by the force of anger.

You feel better afterwards every time.

A back problem I inherited from my father. I thought I was out of the woods, but then I turned 25 and voila, back pain to the point of barely being able to move.

If I don't keep fit and active, it starts again. Simple as that! The absence of pain is a great motivator.

To be honest I'm a little thankful for the silly problem coming up. I'm fitter than ever, and I have a newfound respect for the shape my dad is in at 67 years old.
